A former clerk’s office employee in the Southern District of New York was found guilty of bribery, conspiracy, and making false statements on Monday after a one-week trial at the White Plains federal courthouse.
Dionisio Figueroa, 66, was indicted in March alongside a lawyer, Telesforo “Ted” Del Valle Jr., for allegedly conducting a kickback scheme between 2011 and 2022.
