Gillian Lester, who has been dean of Columbia Law School since 2015, will be stepping down at the end of this academic year.
Lester, who is the Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law, will return to full-time teaching and scholarship following her deanship, in which she said she has been “deeply honored and proud to serve . . . for the good part of a decade.”
