Presiding Justice Dianne T. Renwick announced Monday that the Appellate Division, First Department will hold its Thursday, Dec. 7 session at the landmark Bronx County courthouse, located at 851 Grand Concourse.

The session will be held in the Ceremonial Courtroom on the 7th floor, commencing at 2 p.m. The court’s calendar will consist of appeals from matters originating in the Bronx. Matters originating in the Bronx make up approximately 25 percent of the First Department’s caseload.
