A new lawsuit accuses prominent plaintiffs’ attorney David Ratner of sexually assaulting an associate at his old firm—leaving her so traumatized she’s no longer practicing law.
The complaint, filed Tuesday under the Adult Survivors Act, alleges Ratner repeatedly forcibly kissed Kalisha Crawford after plying her with alcohol following a holiday party in December 2010.
