Goldman Sachs and the attorneys representing the plaintiffs in a long-running gender discrimination class action suit against the bank announced they have reached a $215 million settlement Monday, one month before the case was set to go to trial in Manhattan federal court.

The plaintiffs are represented by Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein and Outten & Golden, while Goldman Sachs’ counsel includes attorneys from Sullivan & Cromwell, Paul Hastings, DLA Piper and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
