The Appellate Division, First Department has denied Yeshiva University’s motion for leave to appeal a ruling requiring the school to allow undergraduate Pride Alliance students to form a club on campus.

“The defendants-appellants having moved for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, entered on Dec. 15, 2022,” read a March 30 order signed by First Department Clerk Susanna Molina Rojas. “Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,  It is ordered that the motion is denied.”
