In a sexual harassment claim, plaintiff’s counsel inquired at a deposition whether or not a defendant—a medical doctor accused of sexually harassing a former patient—knew that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo blamed his sexual harassment on his Italian cultural upbringing.

Plaintiff’s counsel also asked defendant about his views on “good old-fashioned days” as well as his feelings about the “MeToo movement.” Defense counsel objected to these questions, which were marked for rulings subject to plaintiff’s motion to compel further depositions.
