JPMorgan Chase Bank is set to face a trial related to its work for Jeffrey Epstein starting Oct. 23, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff of the Southern District of New York ruled during a sprawling conference Thursday afternoon.

The bank faces a proposed class action suit from victims of Epstein, filed by Boies Schiller Flexner and Edwards Pottinger attorneys in November, and a suit filed by the U.S. Virgin Islands in December.
