Allen & Overy has added Kirkland & Ellis private equity partner Romain Dambre to its U.S. corporate practice, as U.K. headquartered firms continue to grow their stateside ranks.
Dambre, who joins the firm’s New York office, is A&O’s 44th U.S. lateral hire in the last three years, according to a statement by the firm.
