“People vs. Donald Trump” will not harm any ongoing investigations into the former president, author Mark Pomerantz writes in his new book published Tuesday.

“I am comfortable that this book will not prejudice any investigation or prosecution of Donald Trump,” Pomerantz writes in the 279-page memoir, adding he was very careful not to run afoul of grand jury secrecy requirements. “I do have some angst about having described the inner dialogue of the investigation. Prosecutors do not usually ‘kiss and tell’ about the work they do.”
