Cahill Gordon & Reindel has hired Emeka Chinwuba as a partner in its corporate practice group. His practice focuses on project development and financing transactions, particularly for renewable energy and infrastructure projects in the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. He joins from McDermott Will & Emery. In addition, the firm has also added Gerald Flattmann, Jr. as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group and chair of its life sciences patent litigation practice.
