Four of the seven candidates for chief judge of the state topped the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s ratings on Monday.
An administrative judge, Edwina Richardson-Mendelson, appellate judges Hector LaSalle and Jeffrey Oing, and Yale Law School professor Abbe Gluck were rated “highly qualified” and “highly recommended.”
