Retired Harvard professor and attorney Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday settled defamation lawsuits filed against him by Jeffrey Epstein abuse survivor Virginia Giuffre and David Boies of Boies Schiller Flexner, who has served as Giuffre’s attorney.

Stipulations noting the end of the litigation were filed in the Southern District of New York, where Giuffre sued Dershowitz in April 2019, and in Manhattan Supreme Court, where Boies sued Dershowitz in November 2019. Dershowitz filed counterclaims in both matters.
