In another Big Law move, Baker Botts has added Holland & Knight partner Arman Kuyumjian as a corporate partner in New York and co-head of the firm’s cross-border mergers and acquisitions team.

Kuyumjian, who joined the firm on Saturday, does cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in such industries as life sciences, technology, energy, real estate, hospitality, asset management and maritime. His work is global.
