On Oct. 12, St. John’s University School of Law again played host to the annual Milton Mollen Moot Court Competition, named for a late judge who served on the bench in the Appellate Division, Second Department and who led an investigative commission that in the early 1990s exposed widespread corruption in the New York City Police Department.
Scott Mollen, Milton Mollen’s son and a longtime Law Journal columnist who was recently presented with the publication’s Lifetime Achievement award, joined Second Department justices on the moot trial bench at the event. Scott Mollen is a partner at Herrick Feinstein.
