Practice Profile: Kelly Cataldo is a partner in the project development and finance practice in the New York Office of Latham & Watkins. She advises clients through all phases of the construction, financing, and investment in energy and infrastructure projects located in the United States and Latin America. Kelly regularly advises lenders, sponsors, and investors on financing, tax equity and joint venture transactions, with a focus on renewable energy and energy transition assets.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Kelly believes in giving back to the community where she works and lives, and is actively involved in pro bono efforts, including providing legal advice for small businesses and low-income entrepreneurs in the New York City Area. Currently, she is a member of the Latham Recruiting Committee and serves as a mentor in Latham’s Women Enriching Business (WEB) program. Kelly regularly advises associates on career development and leadership opportunities, and has also been recognized numerous times on the Latham Training and Career Enhancement (TACE) honor roll for lawyers who dedicate extensive time and effort to associate training each year.
