Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Daniel maintains an active and multifaceted pro bono practice, including regularly handling immigration appeals as a member of the Second Circuit’s pro bono panel and crafting amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure legal protections in the areas of LGBTQ rights and racial justice.
