The Appellate Division, First Department, has released a list of approximately 3,250 attorneys who are facing suspension for failing to register and pay a licensing fee in compliance with Judiciary Law §468-a. Attorneys have 30 days from the last date of print publication to submit proof establishing compliance with registration requirements. The last date of publication in the Law Journal will be Sept. 23.at
