O’Melveny & Myers partner Daniel Petrocelli, who has represented former Trump inaugural committee chairman Thomas Barrack as lead counsel since shortly after his arrest in 2021, will not participate in Barrack’s trial starting next month due to a scheduling conflict, his law partner James Bowman said during a pretrial conference Monday.
