A state appeals court has denied a former Donald Trump campaign staffer’s bid to win early judgment on her claim that a campaign-related entity wrongfully retaliated against her after she filed a sex discrimination and hostile work environment lawsuit against the Trump entity.
Former staffer Jessica Denson claims Donald J. Trump for President Inc., where she was the Director of Hispanic Engagement during the 2016 presidential campaign, retaliated against her, and tried to deter her discrimination action, by falsely claiming she breached nondisclosure and nondisparagement provisions, or NDA provisions, contained in her employment agreement with Trump for President, according to underlying court records.
