A town justice in Oswego County has resigned amid a probe alleging she didn’t report monies received for court-related duties to the state.
Kimberly Inman, a former justice of the West Monroe Town Court in Oswego County, resigned while under investigation by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, the agency said Tuesday in a statement.
