Julius S. Reich, a former partner specializing in mergers and acquisitions at the Manhattan-based business consulting firm of Mazars, has been disbarred by the Appellate Division, First Department court in a tightly written opinion that explained that his 2018 felony conviction was “a proper predicate for automatic disbarment” under state Judiciary Law § 90(4)(a).
