A juror who voted last year to convict Ghislaine Maxwell on federal sex-trafficking charges admitted under oath Tuesday to providing false answers on a jury questionnaire about his own history of childhood sexual abuse.
The juror, who received immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony, said that he had made an “honest mistake” in not divulging that he had been the victim of sexual abuse when he was nine and 10 years old, but denied any intentional effort to deceive.
