Lawyers suing Facebook over the Cambridge Analytica data privacy scandal have won their bid to access Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg’s files.

Zuckerberg and Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer, are “key decision-makers related to issues at the heart” of the lawsuit, according to an order from JAMS special master Daniel Garrie. And both are likely to possess relevant information including communications between each other, with Facebook’s board of directors and with subordinates or third parties such as business partners and vendors.
