Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Monday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of Geico. The suit targets Satya Drug Corp. d/b/a Farmacia Central and other defendants for allegedly exploiting New York’s “no-fault” insurance system to file more than $3.5 million in medical charges. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-06207, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. Satya Drug Corp. et al.
Last month, Rivkin Radler filed a similar suit against a Long Island clinic.
