The suit, filed Sept. 9 in New York Eastern District Court by Liberty Counsel, claims that the mandate violates the U.S. Constitution by failing to provide accommodation for workers seeking religious exemption. Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison represents New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System Inc. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Ann M. Donnelly, is 1:21-cv-05067, Does et al v. Hochul et al.
