Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks on Wednesday announced that Judge Anne Minihan will be the administrative judge of New York’s Ninth Judicial District—which covers five counties in the Lower Hudson Valley—effective immediately.
Minihan has been serving as an acting supreme court justice in Westchester County, where she presided over both a criminal part and the county’s Mental Health Court. She was elected as a county court judge in 2014.
