Ropes & Gray private equity partner Laura Steinke has joined Kirkland & Ellis in New York, further bolstering the firm’s roughly 260-partner private equity practice.
Steinke’s practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, strategic investments and dispositions. She first made partner at Ropes & Gray in 2018.
