An attorney for Cuba Gooding Jr. has reached an agreement to vacate a default judgment order, which found the actor liable for allegedly raping a woman in 2013, after he had failed to respond to a civil lawsuit for nearly a year.

In a stipulation, posted to a Manhattan federal court docket Friday morning, the unnamed plaintiff agreed to undo the order in exchange for $7,500 in attorney fees to cover the cost of preparing her motion for default judgment.
