As of Tuesday, judges and New York state court system employees who have not shared proof of vaccination with their employer are required to submit proof of weekly COVID-19 tests, Chief Judge Janet DiFiore confirmed in a video message.
The next stage in the court system’s vaccination initiative—mandated shots for all employees unless they have medical or religious exemptions—will take effect Sept. 27.
