BJ’s Wholesale Club sued Keurig Green Mountain Friday in New York Eastern District Court for alleged antitrust violations. The complaint, filed by Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, accuses Keurig of taking advantage of its market dominance by overcharging distributors for K-Cups, or single-serve coffee pods, and single-serve brewing machines. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04288, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. v. Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.
