The Related Group real estate firm in New York City and Ery South Residential Tower LLC were hit with a civil rights lawsuit Thursday in New York Southern District Court. The lawsuit challenging the use of separate entrances for affordable housing units and market-rate ones was filed by Mark David Shirian PC on behalf of Ayanda Carmichael, Ronnie Clark and Chanel Moody.
