Pomerantz LLP filed a securities class action Tuesday in New York Southern District Court against CarLotz, an online marketplace for used vehicles. The suit alleges that CarLotz, which completed a SPAC merger in Jan. 2021, misled investors regarding the company’s financial prospects. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-06191, Widuck v. CarLotz, Inc. et al.
