U.S. District Chief Judge Margo Brodie of the Eastern District of New York on Monday administered the oath of office to Jacquelyn Kasulis, the district’s new acting U.S. attorney.
Kasulis succeeds Mark Lesko, who served just three months as the acting leader of the office and will soon be appointed as acting assistant attorney general for national security in the Department of Justice.
