Vice Media was hit with a copyright lawsuit Thursday in New York Eastern District Court. The court case, which arises from Vice Media’s alleged reproduction of a photo of rapper Lil Wayne, was filed by Liebowitz Law Firm on behalf of Marc A. Hermann. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-03412, Hermann v. Vice Media LLC.
