Airbnb and Brian Medenwaldt were hit with a privacy class action Tuesday in New York Eastern District Court. The suit, brought by attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn Esq., accuses the defendants of failing to warn renters about hidden cameras and audio devices installed at Medenwaldt’s property. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03391, Cunningham v. Medenwaldt et al.
