Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Tuesday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of Geico. The complaint accuses Nature’s First Long Term Care and Compounding and other defendants of filing over $4 million in fraudulent pharmaceutical billing claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03247, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. SMK Pharmacy Corp. et al.
