On Monday, March 22, Judge Michele Rodney welcomes jurors to the first day of in-person civil and criminal jury trials since last November in Manhattan.

Jurors take an oath as they prepare for in-person civil and criminal jury trials to begin. In New York City, there are 26 jury trials—19 civil and seven criminal—that are scheduled to begin in all five counties this week. In the 57 counties outside the city, there are a total of 27 trials—18 criminal and nine civil—that are set to begin this week in all judicial districts across the state.
