There is no one prevailing norm among Big Law when it comes to when attorneys and staff will be required to come back into the office, though firms are at last at the decision-making stage.

Some firms, such as Nixon Peabody, are eyeing a summer return, others such as Ropes & Gray are targeting the fall, while Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Willkie Farr & Gallagher aren’t mandating its employees work in-person this year at all.
