A grand jury has decided to not indict police officers on charges tied to the death of Daniel Prude in western New York, state Attorney General Letitia James said Tuesday.

Prude, a Black man, died in March after an encounter with Rochester police in which he lost consciousness as authorities pinned him to the pavement.
