Anderson Kill has lost a seven-lawyer team to Herrick Feinstein in a recent move that bolstered its well-established real estate team.

The group includes the former co-chair of Anderson Kill’s cooperatives and condominium department, Deborah Koplovitz, who will serve as a partner at Herrick along with Bruce Cholst, Andrew Freedland, Karol Robinson and Andrew Wagner. In addition to the partners, Peter Livingston joins as senior counsel, and Devin Ness joins as an associate. All seven former Anderson Kill attorneys focus on cooperative and condominium law.
