Ticketmaster has agreed to pay a $10 million fine as part of a deferred prosecution agreement related to fraud and hacking allegations in the Eastern District of New York, prosecutors announced Wednesday.
The agreement with the U.S. attorney’s office in the district resolves a five-count criminal information filed against Ticketmaster, which included allegations of wire fraud and computer intrusion against Songkick, another company in the ticketing and entertainment industry.
