A stand-up comic and TV producer who sued Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and four of the firm’s partners for legal malpractice has settled the claims that were pending in Fulton County State Court.   

Comedian Terry Hodges sued the firm after it dumped him as a client after realizing that it also represented Netflix—a co-defendant with fellow funnyman Chris Tucker in a 2015 lawsuit claiming Hodges was owed money and writing credits for a comedy special featuring Tucker.
