A New Jersey man filed a federal lawsuit against Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday, arguing that he was wrongly ordered to fill out a New York state form after landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport amid the coronavirus pandemic.

When plaintiff Yoel Weisshaus returned to the United States from an overseas trip in November, he was first screened by federal officials from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, who gave him a COVID-19 advisory and sent him on his way, Weisshaus’ attorney, Eugene M. Lynch, wrote.
