After a stretch of attorney hires this year, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo has added another member to its roster.
Ivan Present, a New York-based corporate attorney from McDermott Will & Emery, has joined the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice. Overall, Mintz has added 14 partners this year, the firm said.
