As indoor dining is set to resume in New York City at the end of the month, Gov. Andrew Cuomo is facing a lawsuit from a Brooklyn establishment over a state rule that will require those restaurants to close at midnight.
The lawsuit, which was filed earlier this week in the federal Eastern District of New York, argues the earlier closing time requirement would actually worsen the spread of the coronavirus.
