Columnist and Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano was sued in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Friday by a man who accused him of sexual assault during his years as a judge in New Jersey, according to court filings.
The suit, which demands $10 million in damages, was filed under a New Jersey statute that in December opened a two-year window for adult victims of sexual abuse to file suits that would otherwise be time-barred.
