The head of Clifford Chance’s U.S. private funds practice has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office.
Roger Singer has made the move to Gibson Dunn after 24 years at CC. He made partner in the firm’s New York office in 2006, having joined the firm in 1996.
