The former general counsel of a New York-based online office supply store has pleaded guilty to grand larceny, after embezzling nearly $6 million from the store, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.
Leslie Scharf, 52, will be sentenced in October to three to nine years in prison along with restitution, according to the DA’s office.
