President Donald Trump, like any other person whose records have been subpoenaed, does not know the full scope of the investigation that led a Manhattan grand jury to subpoena nearly a decade’s worth of his financial records in August 2019, attorneys with the New York County District Attorney’s Office argued Friday.

The letter filed with a Manhattan federal judge was the latest salvo in District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.’s bid to enforce the grand jury subpoena seeking financial records of Trump and his business entities.
